Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Joining the platform waitlist is free and needs no card. Sprints are booked on a call first; you can then pay the fixed fee by Stripe Payment Link or by invoice — no card is taken on this site.
Can I change plan at any time?
Platform plans are waitlist-only today, so there is nothing to change yet. When self-serve relaunches, waitlist members are invited first and plan changes will be self-serve from the dashboard.
What counts as an "AI system assessment"?
Each distinct AI model, product, or system you run through the full classification and compliance check counts as one assessment. You can re-assess the same system after changes without using an additional slot.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Annual platform billing will be confirmed when self-serve relaunches. Sprint fees are fixed one-off payments, so there is no recurring bill to discount.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
We consider startup and non-profit discounts case by case on sprint bookings. Ask on your sprint call or via support@geracompliance.com.
Are the fixed-scope sprints legal advice?
No. The sprints produce structured compliance evidence, templates, and implementation guidance for your team. They are designed to speed up legal, product, and engineering review, but final advice and sign-off must come from your qualified counsel.
What do we need to provide before the sprint starts?
We ask for a short product description, AI workflow summary, data categories, vendor list, existing privacy materials, and any buyer questionnaires or diligence requests you already have.
Which sprint should a UK SME choose first?
